They have a big following for both baseball and basketball. Curious to see the response

Baseball is currently the strongest relative program but basketball isn't far off.
In terms of actual fanbase following it's basketball due to the nature of the popularity of each sport.

I was just being a smart arse,
I think it’s clearly baseball right now
But if basketball were to get hot for a few consecutive seasons, they would be in a frenzy
Arkansas fans are passionate at LSU fan levels

When it comes to football, not really. Hog fans are happy with a bowl game, any bowl game. Tiger fans are only happy with winning national championships. There is a difference.

FIFY
Trust me, the fans are absolutely not happy with Razorback football
Baseball and basketball, another level

This is correct unfortunately.

There is a difference.[/quotes] maybe overall idk, but that’s definitely not true for all fans in both cases. Demanding natties every year is insane for any fanbase but most sensible lsu fans expect a playoff berth about every other year id say, and need to be in the title conversation. Not necessarily winning it every year. Just look at how patient they’ve been with Kelly although a few are starting to get restless it appears. Overall, winning double digit games will carry you a long way at LSU even if it doesn’t carry you forever.on the other hand, While Arkansas admin has clearly given up on football, many fans are pissed we’ve settled for mediocrity and Pittman, many of which wanted a change in leadership 2 years ago.

Basketball... but Baseball is close. Unlike Football, we are competitive in both, which makes a huge difference.

The fans do care but not enough will put pressure on the administration and they are only as good or bad as the fans expectations.

We have no idea how many hog fans wanted Pittman gone two years ago. We can guess it wasn't enough or a change would have been made.

I mean, what's your question?

My daughter ran for Arkansas. By far the most successful sport at Arkansas, but most people couldn't tell you much about the squad.

Ummm, we’ve been to two Sweet 16’s and two Elite 8’s over the last 5 years.
