He's an atty....or the one that has died....& they / he always threatens legal action if any attempt is made to stop him. ESPN once caught him moving to a seat by its speakers & made him move back to his seat, but for the most part he does as he wants. He was confronted in a parking lot once, in Starkville I believe but that's it.
