That game was some of the worst QB play I have seen on both sides of the ball in a long time.

All I know is that against Georgia, that guy couldn't miss!

Oh how that MF loves to play against LSU and Georgia.

And then play like shite against Auburn only to just end up beating the shite out of them in the worst way.

I'm glad he's gone but I guess he wasn't all that bad.

For Milroe

If Alabama had played either LSU or Georgia every week, Jalen Milroe would have become the first unanimous Heisman Trophy winner in college football history.

So does Vandy. What's your point?

In 2023 against UT, Milroe was 14/21, 220 yards, 2 TDs and 1 INT, as he led Bama to a come from behind 34-20 win. He was 1-1 against UT in his career. If you think that's being "owned", you're pretty clueless.

This game is the one where we, as fans, began to think he had turned the corner and was going to end up a true QB.

Then he had his game against Vandy (Pick 6, fumble, poor running decisions) and we realized he was just the most bi-polar QB in the history of the sport. Oklahoma game solidified it (11/26, 3 picks, 15 carries for 7 yards). How his backup only got 1 pass attempt in that game is beyond me... Saban pulled our starting QB against UGA in the National Title game when it was clear that Hurts wasn't the answer for UGA's defense that day, but Milroe was 100x worse against OU and got to stay in for practically the entire game.

The Oklahoma game was the one I truly hold against DeBoer.

He should have easily realized that if Bama lost that game, playoff hopes were essentially gone.

We likely still lose but you gotta do something.

The further we are from Saban, the more I realize he is the true GOAT of all sports coaching.

It will be bittersweet to beat you by 50 again this year so you can no longer bring up that once in a lifetime moment. I love seeing your stadium half empty

That game was a nightmare that still makes me cringe.
It was somewhere close to insanity , where you keep doing the same
thing over and over with the same results. By the middle of the
third quarter , with no change at QB and Milroe sinking ever deeper into
mediocrity (actually the entire team would have been kicked out
of Pop Warner football) , for the first time in years , I think we all knew there would be no Alabama comeback and if anything just worse.

Why are Bama fans so critical of Milroe? He led y’all to an SEC championship and the CFP semifinal in ‘23. Sure, he was an inconsistent quarterback and occasionally made dumb decisions, but the way some of y’all talk about him makes it seem like you think he was the worst QB to take snaps for Bama in 2 decades.

He was in fact the worst qb of the Saban era and that includes JP Wilson

Alabama didn’t win the SEC and make it to the playoffs because of Milroe. Milroe won the SEC and made it to the playoffs because of Alabama. In fact, had he not panicked and ran straight into the defense instead of trying to make a play Alabama might have played Washington for the title.
