All polls have been updated. There are other polls out there, but I don't know that they will make a difference. The USA Today poll didn't change the order, just moved some decimals. If you see one you want me to add, let me know and post a link.

Really did not want the ju-ju of being ranked #1 this season...It is just hard to ignore what Arkansas has done on the mound and at the plate so far this season.

Some thoughts..

The ELO and RPI likes Vanderbilt a whole lot.. but all of the polls are 8-10 slots behind.. I expect them to move up soon..

The ELO doesn't like Ole Miss for some reason.. all of their other rankings are in alignment..

Oklahoma dropped 10 spots this week. Getting swept at home is no bueno..

A&M moved up 40 spots. Winning a road series against #1 will do that for you..

Missouri may go 0-30.

Missouri

They're seriously not even Big 12 worthy.

SEC baseball is on another planet compared to every other conference. It's not even close. The term "meat grinder" doesn't really properly describe how stacked this conference is.

Interesting the SEC as a whole has a better road winning percentage than at home

Ole Miss was 1 out away from taking 2/3. That would've been a heck of a feather in our hat come selection time because your roster is loaded.

Yeah, Idk what to make of that.. but the top 4 go on the road this weekend..

#1 Arkansas at #6 Georgia
Will Georgia bounce back at home?
Will Arkansas keep the train rolling?

#2 Texas at Kentucky
Kentucky is a scrappy team that plays small ball and generates runs.. This will be an interesting matchup for Texas imo.

#3 LSU at #14 Auburn
Will LSU get another sweep?
An Auburn series W would go a long way to getting a host spot..

#4 Tennessee at #9 Ole Miss
Another Top 10 matchup this weekend. Will Tennessee bounce back?
3 of 4 Ole Miss losses have been by 3 runs or less.

Miss State at #12 Alabama
Miss State is coming off their first series win of the year..
Alabama tries to rebound after a series loss to Auburn.

#13 Vanderbilt at #20 Oklahoma
Is Vanderbilt for real?
Can Oklahoma bounce back from the sweep?

South Carolina at Texas A&M
Has A&M turned the corner? 6 of their 9 losses have been by 3 runs or less..
Carolina needs to show some life pretty soon..

0-12 Missouri at 1-11 Florida
Missouri's best chance for a win?
Florida's last chance to turn the season around?

I half thought Arkansas would drop in the rankings just by playing Missouri.

Yeah, I thought the same last week.. Idk where they go from here, but it's crazy to me how bad that team is..

I've been more than a little surprised with our hitting this season. Pitching is about like I expected, but I wasn't expecting to have so much pop in the lineup this season.
