Talking shite before your own team plays is always a great move.

40 points in 15 minutes of game play is insane.

Considering how the game had been going, I mean.

Do you remember a week or so ago some arkansas poster said something along the lines of.
" congrats on the win kentucky, this coaching change is working out for both of us. Think caliparri just needed a change" and i said they would have been the first to talk shite had he lost and that they weren't your friends. Do you remember that?

I also remember about 5 other Arky posters who weren't saying anything like that. BluegrassBelle was being humble about it as well.

People are going to talk shite if we lose tonight whether this thread exists or not.

As for OP, I crashed well before the game was over. Me watching those highlights this morning…

Sorry, Arkansas. That was a rough one.

Weird. You’ve been MIA this whole tournament lol. A shitty loss brought on by the refs doesn’t change that Cal was a homerun hire for Arkansas. You have to let him go, Mike.

The lack of depth for Arkansas reared it's ugly head at the end.

In all fairness, the refs had a lot to do with TT getting back into the game. They tried in the Bama/BYU game too but Bama’s shooting wouldn’t let them ref the game back to a close one. Not sure if it’s purposeful due to money or just human nature due to not wanting to see a team get killed.

im sorry but not fouling up 3 with 10 seconds left had nothing to do with depth. Also sitting on 2 timeouts and throwing up 2 horrible shots in regulation and in OT, is criminal. Depth had nothing to do with it. Up 16, you’re not supposed to lose that game. Sucks for Arky but facts.

Yes, as well as selfishness. Prior to the game I told a friend that Arky had a lot of talent and beat some good teams, but when things turn south they self-implode. A lot of finger-pointing and "gimme the ball".

Good run, Arky. Hopefully, Cal can get rid of some of the bad apples and build depth.

Cal did a great job having his team prepared and the run they made in the tourney. It was impressive. But, his in game mismanagement down the stretch, the horrible shot selections, low IQ play, points directly to him. Use your timeouts when TT was making their comeback. Use a timeout to draw up a last play. For God’s sake, foul and don’t let a guy tie the game when up 3. Didn’t he learn at Memphis? Was he asleep at the wheel?

I never heard the post game. Did he address not fouling or using his timeouts?/
