How the hell have basketball shorts gone from 6 inches below the knee less than 20 years ago to barely below the crotch now?
Why can't they just be at the mid knee and not have these crazy extremes?
Whoever used to make those "who wears short shorts" commercials is missing their opportunity this year.

It's way more comfortable to work out or play sports with shorts above the knee. Rap culture is why basketball players started wearing baggier shorts. Now rap culture doesn't do that anymore. More common for fitted clothes.

Sorry but these shorts today aren't even close to as tight as the beloved "nutters" we wore up until the '90s.

You should have seen the shorts we wore in high school. Or anywhere for that matter. Knee high tube socks.

Above the knee shorts are much more comfortable to exercise in.
