I don’t think I have seen this many strikeouts in a series. 30 K’s so far this series. It’s amazing: like Baxter eating the whole wheel of cheese level.

TAMU players must really not want to talk to media after games.

We had a tough start last year too…at least in conference. It’s like the post championship hangover passed over Tennessee and went to A&M.

It’s nearly impossible to squander this much talent as a coach, regardless of how green you are. Somehow Earley has found a way to do it.

I think the players are trying to prove it was them that were good and not Schloss, so they are putting a ton of pressure on themselves. Not a good situation for a young head coach.

Serious question, what are the fans feelings about the players getting paid and demanding this guy be coach.

Don’t let anyone kid you, it’s a nuclear level meltdown because of the lead up coming off losing in the title game.

The dumb ones are blaming the coach, smarter ones are blaming the coach and the players, and the SECRant level posters are blaming the coach, the players, and the dumbass AD that agreed to this Mickey Mouse operation.

They’re squandering a fantastic starting rotation with an offense that is flat out bad.

This is what happens when you hired ductape to replace a deadbolt.

Atm had a winner that was going to keep then at the top

Gambled and lost, and now they are everything they tried to avoid

Lose their coach to literally the only team on this planet that they didn't want to lose him to,

tell the whole world that it's okay by hiring his assistant who was just the designated clapper in the dugout...

Average 1 run per game with an absolutely loaded roster

And then tell everyone else that it's a process.

Yep losing has always been a well developed process at aTm

You got us again

They took their shot with all the returning guys. It didn’t work out. Probably should have just let them walk. I’m sure Jay Johnson would have comforted them out of the transfer portal.

Every team in the country would have wanted grahovac and LaViolette after last season. Jay would definately try and grab those guys.

I was talking with a White Sox scout at the LSU/Texas game tonight about SEC baseball. He watched ATM last weekend and said they are a bad team. They can’t hit and the left side of their infield is horrible. His words not mine.

I remember the baseball know it all posters defending their 6 runs a game average going into conference play as if that’s when they’d be able to pull it all together. Thru 5 SEC games down to only 2 runs/gm

Aside from starting pitching, they are a bad team. Defense and hitting are awful. Coaching is the worst in the conference by a long shot.

They will be competing with Missouri for last place and I am definitely putting my money on Mizzou to win that competition.

Epic collapse after Schloss left. Like the team quickly recognized that Earley was a fraud and just lost all confidence.

When was the last time LSU was a .500 team less than 2 full series into conference play?
