Well, we are prone to foul a three point shooter.

This has to be the lowest IQ message board in all of sports. Not only is a foul much more likely up 3 than up 4(since there is no reason to even contest) its much more devastating.

This is objectively asinine from Calipari. You run away from the ball up 4, you have to contest up 3 or they can get a decent look. The marginally better look they may get off a make vs a miss is irrelevant because the game is over up 4 if your players can count to 4 and have played basketball all their lives.

If he believes this he needs to get checked out, that's how dumb it is. Go ahead and downvote some more though.

It's stupid. He sometimes says outrageous things for attention imo.

You probably are not going to lose the game either way with a 3 or 4 point lead and the 2 scenarios playing out, but there is more of a chance to lose if you don't make the shot. Both scenarios are still very slight.

Sounds like he didnt trust his team to not foul.
