Which players leaving this year were the biggest losses to our roster ?
Just curious.
I thought Keionte Scott was playing good for us.
Not sure anyone else is actually a big loss...

He was pretty bad last year, one of the worst DB we had, and unreliable as a return guy too.
He isn't capable of playing a pure CB like he wanted to be. He was great the year previous when he was more of a nickel/safety type. We have far better talent on the roster, even if it is young.

Maybe that's what I was thinking. I didn't watch much football last year. Didn't know he fell off a bit.
That's kinda what I was getting at though. Looking through the portal depzartures, it looks like we didn't lose anyone we would've liked to keep.

Caleb Wooden? But I don't think I would call losing him a "big loss"

Walker White. We didn’t upgrade at the scout team QB.

Yea, ultimately I think we upgraded every position we had a rotational guy transfer out. Scott took a huge step back, but Strader is an upgrade there.
White hurts as he is a great player. However, he wasn’t starting this year. Next year, either he wins the job and Deuce maybe transfers, or Deuce wins the job and he transfers, so kind of an inevitability.

Well some money walked out the door when we had to reel Amaris Williams back in
Go Crazy, your analogy on the qb room is correct. This was debated over on the recruiting thread when some wanted to break the bank on Curtis this cycle. Unless you have Nike level money, why would you try and pay for 5 star qbs stacked and leaving the room every year, space em out a little.
I was impressed we were able to hang onto everyone, very impressed. Managed the portal fantastically on keeping, and just cherry picking a few critical needs.

Curtis cut us not the other way around.
He will have the opportunity to walk in the door at UGa or Oregon to start as a freshman.
If Arnold succeeds here and doesn’t go pro he doesn’t have that opportunity
