He didn’t even get benched at Auburn for another QB and we wouldn’t claim him. He was a Heisman finalist at Oregon, not Auburn.

You can claim a man ? I don’t claim men, or ladies either for that matter. Apparently Hurts claims Alabama and Oklahoma, though, considering I’ve seen him in the attire of both teams.

Cool. Bo Nix was at an Auburn basketball game earlier this season.
They might be fond of their former schools but there’s only one college team where they were elite and transferred to.

Huh? He was garbage and deserved to be benched. Who goes scoreless in a half at a national championship game?
Auburn embarrassed Hurts too in the 2017 Iron Bowl.
He transferred and got proper coaching. None of Nick Saban’s QBs ever panned out in the NFL.

I don’t get why this is such a big deal. He spent three years at Alabama and has a degree from Alabama. He has openly claimed both Oklahoma and Alabama. He’s a part of both families. What is wrong with Bama fans rooting for him and celebrating his success?

Barner brainrot. They need something to hold onto after their basketball team got their arse kicked at home, and the very next day had to watch former Bama players dominate a Super Bowl.

Bo Nix got a 5th year of eligibility because of Covid. Hurts would’ve had more passing yards at Oklahoma too if he’d been in the Covid era.
Hurts best year by far was at Oklahoma where he received proper coaching.
Saban did not have a good NFL Qb in his career.
