Perpetual little brother syndrome...Auburn has always tried extra hard to a laughable level to portray themselves as somehow inexplicably special...the "creed" and other nonsense. They never had the actual results to be special...especially as a distant second fiddle in their own state, so they've had to manufacture their own special "uniqueness" over the decades.
