Removes some of the overachievement against lower level teams (Top 60 is generally the cut off for teams that have any chance to make the NCAAT)

No huge shifts - Missouri is probably the biggest. They are #20-25 in Torvik/KenPom, but when you remove some of the "close" games against bad teams early in the year and only look at performance against other good teams they rocket up to the Top 10.

SMU is #117 here and #40-50 overall. Hammered bad teams and not good at all vs above average ones.

Baylor another one - #63 here, #26 overall.

If you are gonna have to just win 1, might as well be that one ay?

And the way Clemson is teetering with that garbage ACC schedule - you guys might just have single handedly kept them out of the tournament

St. Mary’s as well. They’re projected as an 8 seed in Bama’s bracket and New Mexico a 10

MSU is collapsing I’d bet money we end up not making the tourney.

If we lose to Georgia there’s no chance we make it with the remaining schedule

Those guys are going to be big amounts of trouble.

Yale was not surprising for Auburn fans. We wouldve lost to New Mexico State if they didnt choke with 2 seconds on the clock. We went to the FF instead. I hate those teams.

Duke is good. But the fact they have only played 6 top sixty teams, and lost to two of the six, is an embarrassment to them and the ACC.

The fact that Duke had a very good non-conference schedule and is sitting halfway through its conference slate with the same number (and record) of top 60 games as Saint Mary's is wild. The ACC has fallen off a cliff.

They must be more boring to watch than a full slate of Tennessee vs Florida games.

I like watching St. Mary's play, it's a good program. They have a skilled, veteran big guy and a solid backcourt. It's a shame they lost their shooting guard to UCONN, really the missing piece to being a Cinderella contender to make a tournament run.
