On behalf of LSU fans we are just declaring we don’t care about men’s basketball anymore

Apparently, the university has just given up on fielding a competent competitive men’s basketball team after caving to the NCAAs bullshite for the next 5 years so let’s just get that out of the way.
We will battle South Carolina or someone else for last place. The over under on SEC wins is set at 4 or 5 and we could go 0-16.
Women’s basketball is another matter and they will challenge for Natty again, and as usual our Baseball team will be elite and should make CWS with any luck.
So we are out, and will be looking for other SEC teams to pull for in the tournament. Good luck to all that competing SEC teams, even you Gumps.

It’s so hard to watch. I only start watching in the late rounds of the NCAA if LSU is still in it. Otherwise, I won’t subject my eyes to those boring-arse games.

Speak for yourself, I enjoy all basketball. We need a new arena and men's coach, but both will happen eventually.

I just want to repeat this, even if the fans care, obviously the administration doesn’t give a shite about it. I am stunned we won 3 SEC games.
I must have gotten half a dozen texts tonight basically saying WTF is going on with men’s basketball.
Good luck to all the SEC schools in the tournament, which I think is everyone but LSU and USC.

Honestly basketball sucks in general. I haven't watched since the 90s. So the fact that LSU sucks donkey balls really doesn't bother me at all.
