That's a good thing, fellas. He is the definition of a mush. He's like Peej level.

Kirby refining that into pure rage, and injecting it into the veins.

The odds have shifted in Notre Dame's favor. They are now the 1 point favorite. So it's not just Nick. I also have a bad feeling about this one. None of us have seen nearly enough of Gunner Stockton to be confident about this game. All the confidence here is silly.

You're feeding right into Kirby's message.

And we all know damn well he's using it.

This has 1st Texas game vibes.

I wouldn’t say I have a lot of confidence that we’re gonna kill them but they don’t scare me. They played a sum total of like 2ish decent teams. I think we’re tougher at least. May play out that way and it may not but I don’t see a scenario in which we’re not at least a score away in crunch time if not actually in the lead.

We don't have a great team.
But we do have a team that refuses to die...which can be very dangerous.

With gunner starting who knows what's gonna happen.

If our defense shows up then we can definitely win regardless

Guess we'll see

This is what many people forget about sports analysts/prognosticators. Most of them are fans too and very few make an honest effort to separate the fan part from the analysis part. They don't just favor their team, they favor other teams whose success can help their team and they disfavor their team's rivals or perceived rivals. Some may be completely sincere in their predictions but the internal bias makes their analysis less valuable.

Oddly enough, Leonard’s running ability is my number 1 concern, ahead of our QB situation.

I feel like Kirby, Schumann and Muschamp will have a plan for this. My concern is the layoff. We tend to start slow and each of the other three teams with byes came out looking half asleep. I feel like we need to start fast and take them by surprise. Still think we win. Our coach is Kirby F’n Smart.
