Just because Bama and Tennessee embarrassed the conference doesn’t mean squat. Tennessee was fraudulent from the start, and Bama hasn’t been the same all year since Saban told them to frick off! The SEC teams that were supposed to win won their games.

The fact Arizona St is playing in this game is proof that conference strength/perception don't really matter anymore.

South Carolina was a 2 score favorite over Illinois, they did not win.
A&M was a favorite over USC, they did not win. Same goes for us.

at game time Baylor was a 3.5 point favorite and LSU won by 13...
