Kind of a Rudy type story and at least initially I kind of liked him but as time has gone on, I find his shtick a bit annoying. Yes, he beat us and yes, he’s pretty good but I get the sense he believes he’s a lot better than he really is. Maybe I’m wrong but I get a real arrogant vibe from him.
I can sort of understand him wanting to stick around for NIL because he has no future in the NFL but at the same time, I’m kind of ready to see him go.

I respect his game, but he seems kind of douchey as a person. Begging for a 6th year of college was kind of lame, but hopefully he makes some NIL money while he can.
All that to say I wouldn't mind him playing for the Stallions after his eligibility is up.

I like the way he plays. I’m meh on him as a person. And I don’t mind a little healthy arrogance … all great athletes have a touch of it, it’s what makes them great; Henry Aaron for instance was supposed to be this humble guy but there was a reason he cleared his throat before he stepped into the batter’s box and trotted slowly with his elbows up when he hit the ball over the wall … if you can back it up.

No, if memory serves me correct, he was there on a recruiting trip. Somehow he ended up by himself and filmed himself urinating on the New Mexico logo. Ultimately, he ended up committing to New Mexico State (arch rivals).

Why would someone hate him? His job isn't to get beat by Alabama so some fans can feel good about themselves..
It's not his fault our commissioner is a sack of shite who scheduled 4 bye and multiple FCS invitationals for our opponents a week before they played us.
Also Bryne needs to be on top of that as well.
