Geez he needs to start taking serious consideration to taking care of his health. He looks so unhealthy and swollen with chronic pain and inflammation. I thought he was late 50’s.

No, it just seems like he's been around a long time. He also kind of looks older. Good for him for being so successful at a relatively young age.
