Says it all. Any given year you have 2-3 teams, occasionally 4, that jump out as legitimately deserving. 12 is asinine. You're scraping the bottom of the barrel and no matter who gets in down there they don't deserve it.

Expanding to 8 was fine. Expanding to 12 and playing favorites to shitty conferences by giving them a bye fricked the whole thing up.

Hear here.

It's not about the teams who couldn't get in.

It was letting in more than 4.

You're right about 4, but the problem is the 4 with the best resume aren't typically the 4 best teams. Last year is a primary example, Georgia might have been the best team, but they had the 6th best resume(4 that made it + FSU). Hell Oregon might have even won it if they'd gotten in

The Top 4 most likely would have been..

1. Oregon
2. Georgia
3. Penn State
4. Texas

* switched 3 and 4 to avoid rematches

That’s likely to be the semifinals this year.. why are people complaining about more football?

We’re 2 games in and people (retards) are already blasting out hot takes

The presence of many blowouts before is an argument against expansion, not for it. Not sure why retards who keep bringing them up fail to grasp that.

They struggled to find 4 great teams most years. What about that says go to 12?

The problem is all the good teams are in the same conference. Simple as that.

Does anyone lose money on these shite games besides the fans of the losing team?

It’ll go to 16.

And the reason being the answer to this question: Will you watch when it does?

I know I will.

Expanding to 8 would have been perfect. This playoff without Indiana, SMU, Boise St and Tennessee would be perfect
