Yes agree with this teams…and it’s a travesty that Boise State will get a bye instead of the Big 12 or ACC Champion.

Nah I think Bama gets in.

I agree with him.
Texas has ZERO TOP 25 wins and they lost to a backup QB.
Texas best wins are two losses.
Texas can’t be in according to bammer logic.

Why should Texas be in over Ole Miss (or Bama for that matter).

The “committee” will either pick SMU to appease ACC, or pick Alabama to appease SEC.
Committee may act to preserve conference championship games.
The arguments over who is #12 are like who is the last #11 seed in March.
Several teams have a case for #12.

CFP doesn’t own conference championship games.
14 game playoffs already in the contract and where we are headed.
ACC is third highest paid conference. 2 teams keeps the equity alive.

They had an easy schedule, no doubt. But...on the other hand, no easy teams beat them, either.

I agree. If we had a 64 team PO #65 would be bitching. I don't care that much about us being #12 or #13. But, the committee needs to consider schedule strength because it's not even close. Do you want to encourage poor schedules or tough schedules in the future?

If a team has lost twice to another playoff team they shouldn’t be in. They had their shot.

If a team has lost 3 times, 2 of those losses to .500 teams including being held to 3 points by one of them and giving up 40 to the other, they should not be in...they had their shot...

Texas has a 30th ranked SOS or higher with UGA game. SMU has 75th.
