Well elite and competitive are 2 different things. This fall season you won exactly zero SEC Championships. Good luck to you in the winter and spring.

I know everyone is going to hate, but that's definitely what you want your athletic department to look like. Tennessee is also a consistent WCWS team as well

No one seems to care much about that anymore. My team is in Atlanta but all I'm thinking about is the playoffs.

That is an appropriate gif. Tennessee is getting better, but they still aren't where they were in the 90's. Thank you, Bama fan, for pointing that out. That being said, UT has had some recent success against Bama in the Big 3 sports.
Today is December 5th, 2024. It has been:
411 days since Alabama has beaten Tennessee in football
1072 days since Alabama has beaten Tennessee in basketball
263 days since Alabama has beaten Tennessee in baseball
Bama did actually take the series against the Vols in baseball in the '24 season...so UT had to settle for a National Championship to drown their sorrows.

That is debatable. Not sure if Tennessee jumps up to #1 by default after beating a 4-3 team at home. I could see Iowa State taking that spot.

With Nuss coming back I think we are a playoff team next year.
McMahon is starting to look like a pretty damn good hire as well.
We all know how damn good the women’s basketball team is too.
The LSU brand couldn’t be at a better spot with all the star power we have in the NFL, MLB, women’s basketball oh yeah, and Livvy Dunne.
Good time to be a Tiger fan, and yes a Vol fan as well

In this post you're insinuating SEC Championships are elite and we in fact are not elite because we don't have any.
I then go on to rattle off 4 SEC Championships and 1 National Championship in the last 9 months across 3 sports.

In this post we're not elite because we didn't win a National Championship or make a Final 4 in 2 of the 3. I love the flip flopping. The fact is Tennessee is the #1 Athletic Department in the most elite conference in College Athletics across the Big 3 right now. Whooping Florida's across the board is just a bonus
