I know we killed NC but the Refs were fricking Bullshitt. If you’re not up by 10 with a minute left you are not going to win. It’s a joke.

That was the best reffed game all year. Neither team ever got to the double bonus in the 2nd half.

You either don’t watch much basketball or don’t know much about the game.
The refs let the game flow and we’re never the focus of the game. At least one of those refs was in Vegas and called a terrible game out there. He did a 180 tonight and the game play was exponentially better.

I thought it was as well. Free throws were kept to a reasonable number.

I didn't notice them being inconsistent between the teams. There were a few I didn't agree with. But they're shite at playing replays on basketball broadcasts unless it's a dunk.

I thought the refs were fine. It was nice to have a crew that didn’t repeatedly punish Cliff when they dove into his body but he remained vertical.

Well I have season tickets. So I may know a little. My point is it is hard to win at NC because they get all the calls and they did.

Strongly disagree. The refs in this game were a breath of fresh air. Not whistle happy and fairly consistent.

I think your point was well taken during the first 10 minutes of the 1st half.. only one foul called on NC... however, I agree with the majority, that after that the referees did well staying out of the game and calling it even

Like others mentioned this was the best reffed game all year. You’re going to have a blast in Coleman when Shows, Oglesby and Pat Adams are on our games.

They missed a few but they were mostly in the background. Game wasn't dominated by stoppages and FTs, so they did a good job by the standards of the day.

What? Refs were fine in that game. All the Carolina fans in my section were pissed at them the whole night. Thought it was a well called game

We played sloppy as hell at times tonight and still won by 15. If we quit turning the ball over and play disciplined we beat UNC by 20 plus. Also likely beat Oregon.

I thought they let ‘em play. In fact, I thought many times a foul was there but no whistle on both ends.

Our high school coach was consistent on his opinion of referees. If we won they were good. If we lost they were bad. It is hard to enjoy sports because of excessive or bad penalties and fouls. Good refereeing is when you do not know they are there. I did not watch the game, but apparently based on the comments, this was the case for the most part. May have been some bad calls late?

Unless you’re going full auburn and talking about muh timing, hard to complain about the refs when we won the game and only had 2 more fouls on the road. 16 total fouls v 14 for Carolina.
