They know they can lose 3 games and still be in no matter what.

That’s awesome news. I can relax every season.

Same with PSU playing one game a year.

15 years of dominating the sport has its privileges.

Bama fans always have said no more than 2 or 3 teams every year deserve a shot at a national championship. Everyone else wanted expansion. We always said we would be in every playoff if there was expansion. Everyone else wanted it anyway.

This will be KD last freebie. When he gets knocked out this year he won't get a Saban pass next year.

Yes. Yes we did. All those years we were a lock for the BCS or the 4 team playoff. We tried to tell you that no more than 2 or 3 teams ever deserved a shot. But nooooooooo. Gotta expand, y'all said.

“7 loss Bama has a really strong schedule. We couldn’t keep them out with that strong resume.” 2030 Playoff

Let the record show the non-Alabama programs championed playoff expansion the most.

We were making 4 team playoffs just fine

That is certainly possible, depending on how hard the schedule was.

Worse Bama team in 2 decades and they are still going to the playoffs. They would need something catastrophic for them to not be in it. KD won't lose more than 3 games a year.

Not just us.

4 team playoff would probably be
Oregon (in even if they lose)
Notre Dame
Texas or Georgia
Penn State or SMU, long shot would be the stinking Vols with chaos in the title games.

Oregon wouldn’t drop out, Texas/Georgia winner would be in. If they win the ACC SMU would be a lock

Ohio State would definitely be out, Bama would definitely be out, lose the SECCG and Georgia would be out.
