This one has major ramifications on whether or not a 3-loss SEC team gets in, not named Georgia

SMU is a 2.5 point favorite

Clempson finna get to that HOG in them. Rhett's a former Hog and the first high school QB to get Gus on the map so to speak.

Clemson. Blue chip ratio in a late season game.

Pretty sure the ACC refs will want Clemson in hopes that SMU still gets an at large bid.

I don’t say this lightly

ACC refs may be worse than SEC refs

I've seen a lot of these two teams & SMU is head & shoulders better than Clemson. SMU's QB Jennings is for real. He'll be a Heisman contender for next year. They have way more weapons on the outside than Clemson as well.

Clemson's D is prob better than SMU's, but they are very oppotunistic & underrated. Besides Duke & Louisville(Jenninga first start), SMU hasn't been threatened by anyone in the ACC. Clemson has struggled on the road with every team they've played & their offense was stymied by both SEC teams they played.

FWIW Clemson opened at -1 & professionals hammered SMU. Normies haven't seen them so they don't really know how good they are. I wouldn't be surprised if SMU won by double digits.

I say Clemson wins in which case locks them into the playoffs as a 12-seed. South Carolina gets the 11-seed in that scenario

They won’t drop SMU out in that scenario. I kinda agree that the committee will do what they can to pick any of the SEC teams begging for a spot

I asked about the crowd. You answered about the stadium. I realize that Clemson will have to leave their campus to play this game, but SMU will 100% be the "road" team.

I guess. I doubt 15,000 Clemson fans are really going to rattle SMU.
