If South Carolina beats a 9-2 Clemson team in convincing fashion, is there a chance they can get in?

Would be cool if usce made it to the playoffs. Ill root for them. Tough team, wish LSU had that 'about to rip your neck off' vibe that the gamecocks have. Also, i believe usce fanbase deserves that reward to go to the playoffs.

Early in the season with both our QB and RB not at 100%. Ole piss lost to Kentucky AT HOME. That should disqualify them right there.

You lost to both the 3 loss SEC teams ahead of you. 8&4 will of course end with 4 losses.

Look I'm not saying we deserve to be in the playoffs but 3 losses in the SEC is a huge difference than 3 losses in the big 12 or acc.
If we beat Clempson but don't make the playoffs I will still be happier than hell

Only if the Committee ignores the results on the field from the entirety of the season and focuses solely on how teams are playing at the end of season.
I don't see how USCe can jump Bama and Ole Miss when USCe lost to both Bama and Ole Miss.

Hate to say it, but the committee is not putting South Carolina in over a national brand unless there is no alternative. If it is close, Bama gets in over SC every time.
