Shane was born in South Carolina and this is his dream job. Why would he want to move his family to a state where weddings are also known as family reunions.

I'll agree with the SC sentiment in this thread.
Shane is where he wants to be, with a staff that is hyper-SC centric.
I don't doubt that he'll parlay interest into a raise. But I really don't see him leaving for OU or VT.
I'm not comparing the jobs, mind you. Only saying I think this particular coach is where he actually wants to be.
