Just win out.

Plain and simple.

No chance every 2 loss SEC team goes undefeated the next 2 weeks.

The selection show is only for banter and ratings.

Not gonna happen. They likely lose to Vandy.

Even if a 2 loss SEC team loses, Army could beat ND and that would bump them into the top 12 (with BSU) thus taking up 2/10 spots.

I think Ole Miss is the least likely to come through with a tough road game at Florida. Texas could definitely lose to Texas A&M but A&M could jump Tennessee with that win. The other likely opportunities are Ohio State blowing out Indiana and Notre Dame dropping a second game. All that said, Tennessee is out if there are no upsets these next two weeks. I’d put the odds at 50/50.

Yeah ppl are getting way too worked up when we’ve seen plenty of upsets that shouldn’t have happened this year.

With that said I don’t think Tennessee makes it. If the SEC has losses it will reduce our bids.

Voters and cfp are very low on A&M so they must know something to keep them down and out. OM should win their next two games but I wouldn’t want to be ole miss playing a Florida team that looks like they’re clicking and a state team that will throw everything at them.

I think there's a semi-plausible nightmare situation where the Big 12 misses out altogether.

They are guaranteed a spot

The top 5 conference winners are guaranteed a spot is my understanding, no? It's not conference specific.

Even if Notre Dame beats Army, Tulane is positioned in the 20's already with a game against 9-2 Memphis and presumably Army coming up. Add in Boise and it's unlikely, but not impossible if the Big 12 cannibalizes itself and sends out a 10-3 champion.

I think you’re right, but I want to see the Devils make it.

Big 12 champ would deserve to be in over Tulane

I’m very curious to see where Indiana drops if tOSU hammers them Saturday. 1 loss Indiana with #106 strength of schedule getting in over any 2 loss SEC team would total horseshite imo.

Army beats Notre Dame and finds themselves above the Big 12 champ, Army is in and the Big 12 champ is out.

Oddsmakers seem to think it more probable than not but I don’t trust this Yankee committee
