That was a pretty good win against a top 5 team. SEC is an absolute gauntlet this year.

The talent level isn’t there yet, but he’s pretty damn good when it comes to making adjustments at halftime. They came out looking like a completely different team in the 2nd half.

I’m very impressed by him, he’s a legitimately good coach and seems like he’s surrounded himself with a good staff.

We were down nine at the half. Couldn’t stop Duke scoring. Great halftime adjustments on defense.

I was one of those that thought Cal was well past his shelf life and it was time to move on. Good on UK for hiring a guy that seems to know what he’s doing. This is a great W to open his UK career.

Look anytime anyone beats Duke it is a time for celebration. I even root for Louisville to beat Duke.
Duke looked fatigued at the end of the game. They have nba talent but KY had physical strength and expecuted down the stretch.

Watched a segment with Pope a week or so ago where he discussed putting a heavy emphasis on conditioning and wanting to really be at peak physically in January.
Probably also helps he goes legitimately 10 deep on the bench.
