They just announced it will be a night game. I'm mulling it over.

I’ve heard it’s not a great venue or visit honestly.

Great program, not anything of note for visitors but I’ll go at some point to check them off the SEC a road trip list and confirm for myself.

I went a couple of years ago to see the Tide play them in basketball. Nice campus but kind of weird in that there aren’t many trees. An OU alum told me there was a really bad ice storm several years ago and it killed a bunch of the trees.

The downtown is kind of nice. There’s a number of bars/restaurants there.

I will be there. My brother lives very close to the stadium. I am from Oklahoma.

I went in 2002. They treated us like royalty. They had never seen that many motor homes show up before. They put a local news paper on the step of every motor home before we even woke up that morning. Great fans and one of my favorite trips. Then they beat us and their band is obnoxious.

OKC is one of my favorite smaller major cities. Truly a great town. I'd stay there and just drive down for the game.

We made the trip in 02. Might be the friendliest fan base I've ever been around.

Thinking about going. What section should I be looking to get tickets in? $200 is about the most I'd want to spend on a single ticket.

My son and I are going. Gonna watch Butler and Coffeyville play some juco ball that morning in El Dorado, KS and head down to Norman early afternoon.
