That is a pretty big move, especially for a team playing on the road.
What is up?
The only thing I can think of is that Cook is definitely out.

I would say he is going to be "cooked"!

If Cook is out we don’t score a point. If he’s hurt but playing we score 10. There’s no scenario where he’s healthy.

Sounds similar to when we lost Dillon Gabriel before the RRS in 2022.
We lost 49 - 0.
There is no way OU scores 49 points, Cook or no Cook.

Okie has to have the win and mizzou isn’t very good and may have quit

Well, after the public humiliation by Bama and Drink getting called out for being a phag and saying FU to Bama players. It wouldn’t surprise me if the team if not all have quit but they’re playing OU…gonna be spicy one way or another.

Our season has been toast for weeks, this is no must-win for OU. But it'd be nice to get a win as we haven't had one since September (Maine doesn't count).

No, its simply that Cook is out. Thats all.

It depends. Our D will quit at some point if the offense is a no-show. When they quit, we can give up 49 in one half with little effort.

I'm guessing Cook is out.

Sad but true !

I just hope we score.

If Pyne can get the ball within the same zip code as the receivers...you will have a chance to score some points. OU's defense is a lot better but they still don't cover very well.
OU doesn't have anybody that can cover Luther man to man...
Of course OU may try to play what I call their "Ozone" defense... which means all the receivers will be open.

Pyne has shown that he can throw a nice tight spiral with good arm strength! Unfortunately, as he demonstrated repeatedly against Bama, it is only to cornerbacks and safeties!

It’s your only realistic shot at a bowl game.

What a fricking letdown of a game! At the beginning of the season, this looked like a good matchup.
Now both teams suck. Cook’s not playing and Pyne sucks. So we’ll lose to an Oklahoma team that also sucks. Whoever wins tho will have some piss poor bragging rights!
Oh well I’ll still be in the house.
