Who has visited the Grove? I have a group of 8 going Saturday and we want to tailgate. We don't want to set up a tent, just bring a wagon and some chairs with light food and adult beverages. Is this possible? Are we likely to find Ole Miss fans who will let us tailgate with them?

I found the Grove to be very plain and boring compared to other SEC campus tailgating locations.

You can find somewhere on the outskirts of the grove to post up but you aren’t going to be able to roll into the tents and find a space

Just find some dirt and go! Who knows it’s easier to get into school there than into the grove, fraternity, sorority, on the football team..

Ole Miss fans do not welcome opponents into the grove. They will stick their nose up at you and treat you like shite. They will act like their landsharks and coach are the best in the world and then blame you when they lose. Good luck.

Highly unlikely inside of the grove, but maybe on the outskirts of the circle or even further out closer to the stadium by the Turner Center. Oxford will be sprawling with people, to the point that it will be entirely too much and you won't be able to get into anywhere on the square. Prepare accordingly. Bar covers will be $100+ no matter where you go. Have fun!
