It was the holder intentionally throwing the game because Vegas was paying him. See my post earlier this week previewing this exactly.

Snapper got retarded. Noise has nothing to do with it. Field goals go on the holder's hand motion.

The field goal team (especially snapper and holder) have been struggling for most of the season.

I think you’re right. It’s the snapper. The holder made no motion at all to incite a snapper to start the play.
