I’m trying to get excited for the Ole Miss game

The last time I was pumped for an Ole Miss game was in 1997, it was because I mistook the schedule and invited friends over for what we thought would be an epic showdown: LSU vs. Akron. But when I flipped on the TV we saw Ole Miss kicking off, everyone left in disgust and I’ve never been so humiliated in my entire life.
I’m not trying to be mean, I really just don’t give a frick about them. Sure, I’ll be invested because it’s an LSU game, but my excitement level is slightly above South Alabama and significantly below Vanderbilt. Ole Miss might as well be Missouri. No one is losing sleep over this one.
I don’t want to feel this way but I have this feeling that even if Lane Kiffraud pulls off a win in BR I’ll forget about it in 5 minutes.
Anyone else feel this way? Any advice?

If you have trouble getting excited, pop one of those tablets. They say it works wonders who knows. Not everyone has that issue.
