And that will be the very last time I ever refer to Milroe as Lank.
This was hist best game ever and it showed what he can do with DeBoer's coaching.
Milroe stayed calm the whole game. He saw the field better than ever, and made enough plays with his legs to keep Georgia from tightening their coverage or sending more players deep.
Milroe was definitely not the reason why Georgia seemed to be in it.
After the game, Kirby talked about how tough it is to defend Milroe when he’s playing well, and he definitely was on Saturday.
Milroe made some great deep throws, but the biggest improvement:
He handled blitzes (from the best defense in the country) and he got the ball out FAST.
If you don't believe it, that the reason why Alabama’s tight ends caught 7 passes.
Now, nobody wants to face Milroe after this game and definitely not later in the season.

It's more about what he can do when the OL does their job.

Lank became “Lanke”
Let a naysayer kill everybody.
Pretty sad to see school shooter threats promoted on national television.

I don’t care about how he projects to the NFL that was one of the most dominant QB performances I’ve seen. I don’t know how you are supposed to defend him

The only thing I was disappointed in was not being able to sustain drives in the second half. Bama has to be able to take the air out of the ball when up by multiple scores. The more chances a team like Georgia is given to score, especially when their back is against the wall, the more times the outcome will not favor the defense. Georgia was bound and determined not to let Milroe loose in the 2nd half and they succeeded. So there has to be another option out there and DeBoer and company need to figure that out with haste. Tennessee's defense is just as good if not better than Georgia and their offense is just as potent.
