Florida Needs Mark Stoops

I said after Kentucky played GA so close, and even more so now that he beat Kiffen on his own turf.
If Florida has any sense at all, they will go after Stoops. He is the kind of coach that will turn UF into a juggernaut. I am NOT a Florida fan, but you'd have to be dumb, blind, and stupid to EVER consider Kiffen over Stoops to run your program.
Stoops can recruit too.....

I think stoops has done a terrific job this year and he certainly learned his lesson from not going for it on fourth down against UGA against Ole Miss. His defense is the real deal and he and that team will cause issues for other SEC teams.

Stoops is still 1-2 in league play, correct? Let’s see how Kentucky finishes.

He would what would be called a "safe" hire. He wouldn't move the needle the way I'm sure they're wanting tho.

This year but he’s done pretty good there. I think a great coach would win anywhere, so my guess is while Tools would be a significant upgrade at UF, he wouldn’t be THE guy.

Best to not overreact. UK has played 12 quarters of SEC ball & has 2 TD's.

Florida doesn't need the "Flash" of Lane Kiffen, and he will NEVER win the big games, just doesn't have it in him...see USC.
Stoops would build Florida into a powerhouse, Kiffen will use it as stopping point to amplify his narcissistic traits and plows some coeds.
If you want someone who can consistently get the best out of his players and recruit, then you have to look at Stoops. Yes, he will never win a championship at KY, because it's freaking KY. But you can't deny what he has done there, and he doesn't make his living beating up on cupcakes.
I hope he doesn't go to Florida, as it would only be trouble for my Dawgs. Nevertheless, he would take Florida to Spurrier and Urban Meyer heights.
