1. Being in the SEC is already economically impacting OKC, Norman, and the state of Oklahoma. With great traveling fans, this will continue boosting the economy.

2. Yesterday’s TV coverage was big time and hasn’t happened in over 10+ years.

3. SEC fans travel well - there was Orange all over OKC metro. More economic benefits.

4. These games and future games are marquee and top notch. Entertaining football and it’s much better than the Big 12 matchups. Can’t say enough, it’s all about the matchups.

Congratulations on your mayor, judges, prosecuting attorney, and sheriff all getting new boats on that speeding ticket money and hamburger tax.

Biggest positive is the arrival of young Zac Alley on the scene, at only 28 years old.

He had a masterful gameplan and his boys were lights out all night.

Was at DFW airport on Friday and tons of Tennessee orange was representing. I assume they were headed 3.5 hours north to Norman, but thought it was weird they didn’t just fly into OKC. But probably wanted to experience a real city with creature comforts of real restaurants and culture before heading into Comancheria

Or it could be that DFW is an American hub.

Are implying that people at baggage claim and skylink are connecting to the tiny airport in OKC from DFW on AA? I mean I guess….

What culture is that? Crime, homelessness, poverty and streets that look like used toilet paper?

But hey, at least there are a few more Mexican dining options than OKC...

That and all the SWC refs were Texas graduates. Well except for Horton Nestra.

Yep, same reason Mizzou left all those years ago too.

Are you bragging about an airport?

Dude, no. Vols flying into DFW airport before hoofing it to OKC was an obvious implication and bragging about DFW the metro area. I recognize that most of the SEC school fans have never been to an airport and might think it brag worthy, but the world is a big place. Just wait until this technology called “an Uber app” makes its way into Vicksburg and Birmingham, once the business case makes sense for others besides payday loans and dollar generals to invest down there.

You ever been to Orlando, MCO ? It’s not even a HUB but looks like one.
