OU Defense- stingy, physical and aggressive. But has played a lot of snaps through 3 weeks bailing out our struggling offense. Can they hold up?

OU offense- Young QB, starting O-line and WR’s out with injuries, back-ups underwhelming so far. RB’s are solid but haven’t had much success (see OL struggles).

Overall, the offense lacks cohesiveness and ability to stretch the field with all the veteran WR’s and OL out. The freshman (puppies) aren’t ready. The defense will have to win this game.

Prediction: Tennessee 31 OU 13

Hope both teams are injury free and looking forward to the game Saturday Vols fans, y’all have a solid team.

I think the best play is to get the guy who did westbrooks welcome back video to make heupel one to throw him off his game or at least not call onside kicks if he they get up 30.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see OU pull the upset -- especially playing at home.

UT hasn't played a true road game, yet. NCSU is the only fairly good team they've played so far and they didn't wrench control of that game until the 2nd half vs. the Wolfpack.

Nevertheless, UT has both a good offense and defense, but they've yet to be tested.

You can have a great looking battleship that blows everything out of the water while in harbor.......but, the battleship wasn't built to fight in the harbor -- it was built to fight at sea! There comes the real test to see if it will do what it was built and designed for.

I don't care how bad our offense is, let's get loud Saturday night and throw leaf sized trash sacks full of piss at visiting Vols fans. Screw those little balloons like they toss down in the swamp lol ; )

Kidding, we will make it a game at home under the lights

Reading that shite, you'd think we're playing Georgia or something.
At the end of the day, it's a road game for them and it's not going to be easy.
There's teams that just don't do it for me, Tennessee and Missouri being part of those.
Both of them likely finish below where they are ranked today, and I'd say the majority of people would agree with that statement.

I expect it will be closer than the current line suggests.

it's gonna be fun seeing your responses after N1cO goes in dry, especially after all the shlttalk you've served up about him and the Vols these past months.

My guess is you 'll show up after a few weeks and everyone's forgotten about it.

I won't forget. I have the receipts.

I have a lot of respect for Venables, I think he will have a plan to make life hard on Nico defensively.

Facing NC State's DC and a Venables defense this early gets Nico some exposure to unique looks, I think its good for his growth going forward.
