Seems our old LB/ST coach didn't game plan nor make adjustments.

Nah. I looked at the play by play and when your DC made adjustments mid to late in the 3rd, you were stopping the rush.
The issue was not a talent one. It's a numbers one. Run that 3 man front with 5 in the box, and all SEC teams are going to eat.

Oh yeah. That was a shite show game. Not nearly as close as 30-23 might suggest. Speaking of that... 42-16 wasn't as much a blowout either.

Skattaboo is going to haunt my nightmares. I haven't seen a running back do that much damage to us since Ricky Williams in the 1999 Cotton Bowl.

Again. There has been a half of a offseason of recruiting in the past two seasons. Yea… we a bit behind. Yes.. any SEC team should be embarrassed to lose to MSU this yea. It’s a full rebuild mode.

Y’all almost had them in the second half. Defense got into a groove and they couldn’t do much with the ball.

As I said in the game thread. This had all the making gs of the 90's when every OOC game we played was against an up and coming dominant team. We played Oregon and West Virginia, got our teeth kicked in and played dead. This team almost came back on them. So this will be a rebuilding. We are better than last year. Still have a lot of work to do to improve. I have faith in Lebby and his system. He just needs to hit the portal to get his players on campus.

Remember. Saban lost to Crxxms in Saban's first season 
so hiccups will happen in year 1. At least we have been tested. Half the teams in the SEC still haven't played anyone.

If you watched the game you will realize the yardage was not allowed, it was taken. Big difference.
