id take Michigan at home. Michigan has the best D in the country so thats what it will come down to is can they run the ball on them.

I don’t know if Michigan has the best D in the country considering what they lost but they might have the best DL tandem in CFB

FWIW the early line last week was Texas -3.5
So that’s a 2.5 pt swing based on 1 week of results. Michigan does have line value in that sense

Michigan did not look impressive this week. Being unable to steal signs apparently took a toll on them.

They lost their starting QB, RB and entire offensive line. With that being said, they returned nearly everyone on defense (their strong point last season).

Hard to overstate how much of an advantage it is for a defense to know the other team's signs.
