Are you happy with your teams’ schedule this year?

I hate Auburn’s. A lot easier than normal but it’s a Big 12 schedule…
No LSU
No Mississippi schools
We get:
Our portion of Big 12 teams: Arkansas, Mizzou, OU, A&M
2 traditional SEC but not traditionally football: UK & Vandy
Then 2 normal rivals: UGA & Bama.
So 2 games that feel like real SEC games.
Just wondering how everybody else feels about theirs.

It depends on what you mean.
If you're talking about how likely the team is to have a good season, I like ours a lot.
If you're talking about interesting/fun matchups, ours...could be better.
ND will be interesting. Texas is going to be an electrifying game. Other than that, our games are kind of uninteresting.

It will never be the same again without a traditional SEC slate. I don't like that we don't play Auburn and State this year, but we got a pretty good home draw with UCLA, Ole Miss, Alabama and OU.

Arkansas has been in the SEC for 32 years. Why do you not consider that a real SEC game?
To answer your question though, I'm ok with our conference schedule. It's an East schedule so it's weird but it's also nice to play a lot of the teams that we haven't played much recently.
Our non conference schedule is trash though.

I'm really hoping we go to the 6-and-3 schedule.

I don't particularly like that we travel to Texas, when after 11 years in the league TAM has never traveled to Lexington.

More talking about from an enjoyment aspect.

The SEC is gone.
Eventually, I guess they will do a 64 team super league with 2, 32 conferences, and 2, 16 team divisions.
It is what it is.
I miss starting SEC play with Tennessee in September. Then getting to Amen Corner of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
Those were the days.

Overall, I think the enjoyment level of this schedule is not that great. Great bookends, meh in between.

Hey, UGA hasn't ever been to College Station.
We're in the same boat.

Idk. They don’t feel the same as the others.
A little bit of rivalry with the Tubbs/Gus/Nutt stuff. But doesn’t even feel the same as us vs Ole Miss or MSU.

Texas plays just one opponent that they faced last season.
Going to Michigan for the first time ever.
Renewing our rivalry games against piggie and aggy.
Getting Georgia at home.
It’s incredibly difficult to express just how exciting this year is for us.

Please don't try to express how excited you are.

Yeah comparing yalls to last year seems like an upgrade.
Trying to picture the games I would miss if I was a Texas fan. Texas Tech probably. The others (KSU, Baylor, TCU) would be fun games but probably not ones you miss.

No. This is the worst schedule I’ve ever seen. No OU. No Texas. Thank god for Arkansas. Meh on Utah. The rest is trash.
I want to play Arkansas, A&M, Mizzou, OU, and Texas. Not Arizona State and whomever

Texas Tech is definitely going to be missed.
Say what you will, Tech people are PASSIONATE about football….
And finding new ways to get STDs.. But mostly football.

Arkansas was never in the big12, your post has no credibility.

I know that but Arkansas is still a Big 12 team. Sorry about it.
