The UAB Blazers.
The fact that the program still exists is a black eye not just to the state of Alabama but to the entire United States of America. About the best thing that can be said about their program is they gave the Super 7 a good place to play state championship games with that new stadium in Birmingham. More people show up for the 6A state championship game than a UAB football game.

In my expert opinion, you need to travel from the state of Alabama for the first time. Develop a more worldly view. UAB football is not a national concern.

I'm trying to imagine caring this much about UL-L or La Tech, but I'm failing.

Damn.... how many eyes does bama and the US have?? I can't think of a more retarded statement.... but then again, you're a bama fan.

Could have been even more different if they never established 3 separate systems under the BoT in 1969.

Bamas long time hate boner for uab is so strange. I can't imagine UGA giving the slightest shite about Georgia state to the point of trying to completely eliminate their program.

Seriously, their obsession and level of hatred for a smaller insignificant program is weird as hell and flat out creepy

Read the title and thought of Stoerner versus Tennessee and the five downs against Missouri

It is a travesty what they did to Bill Clark.

No.
The biggest mistake in the history of college football is denying an undefeated SEC champion a chance to play for the national championship.
The 2004 Auburn Tigers.
