It has always interested me how people used to dress for a college football game. Suit and tie, fedora, nice dress, heels...
Crazy.. these folks must have been sweating to death.

That shirt and tie stuff ended around 1970 when they invented polyester. LOL.

Yeah, when people in the Republic started wearing those cheap-assed togas from Gaul instead of the really nice Egyptian cotton ones it was all downhill from there for the Romans.

As a student at Ole Miss, we dressed up way into the late 90s. Some still do but it's not as much.
