With increased SEC parity in 5 years which coaches will be gone?

I’m basing this parity on recruiting.

I think Brian Kelly, Sark, and Kirby will be gone.

Kirby, Kelly, and Stoops will be gone. And DeBoer.

Heupel will move on to something better, but will win something big at UT. Maybe the SEC, maybe making the playoffs.

There's no question that Hugh Freeze will not be at Auburn in 5 years

Kelly I think will still be at LSU, he will win something big there IMO.

Sark will be gone from Texas if he does not deliver a natty in the next 3 years.

Are you expecting Utah fans on the SEC Rant or something?

Whichever ones can't keep up with Heupel.

Nothing bigger in college than an SEC blue blood. I don’t see him going NFL.

There might be parity between all but one.

Parity isn't the problem for coaches. NIL and the transfer portal are driving everyone to drinking.

Unless Kirby's distaste for the current and future fate of CFB takes Saban's path, he is likely the HC with best chance to be right where he is in 5 years.

Besides Kirby and to a lesser degree, Sark and DeBoer seem to be in the best shape to be where they are 5 years from now. Time will tell.

There are a couple who already seem like the axe is upon them. But, none of the rest seem likely to be where they are in 5 years for reasons of firing, retiring, or leaving to a better opportunity.

This is obviously a critical third season for Venables. He'll get some grace this year, but if it doesn't go well next... he could be gone.

I'm confident though. Recruiting has been fantastic

In the SEC, coaches are hired to be fired for the most part, unless your name is Saban.

Kirby can be Mark Richt the rest of the way and probably keep his job. Kirby might only leave if NFL calls and it's lucrative offer.
