SEC marching bands that have won the prestigious Sudler Trophy for excellence

as presented by the John Philip Sousa Foundation.
"The purpose of the Sudler Trophy is to identify and recognize collegiate marching bands of particular excellence who have made outstanding contributions to the American way of life. The Sudler Trophy is awarded annually to a college or university marching band which has demonstrated the highest musical standards and innovative marching routines and ideas, and which has made important contributions to the advancement of the performance standards of college marching bands over a period of years." -- John Philip Sousa Foundation

-- University of Arkansas Razorback Marching Band
-- University of Texas Longhorn Band
EDIT: My unbiased list of the BEST marching bands in the SEC in order (I've seen'em all in person) and people, this is hard, too.
All the bands listed are great bands and are musically excellent.....not much difference from #1 to #10........my top ten........

I had never heard of this. Thanks for sharing. Nice to see The Million Dollar Band on the list. I'm surprised UT is not represented.

I don't know what this is, but I do know that SEC bands are badass, so good for them.

Why does Georgia name their band after the opponent of the American revolution and have a fight song that was stolen from the Union army of the Civil war?
