That's awful. I find that the older I get the closer this kind of thing hits to home. Can't even imagine what his family is going through.

Sounds like the the silver car was drinking and driving and ran Jackson's car off the road . Prayers to all the families who had loved ones involved. Really sad that these things happen every day with impaired driving. Speaking from experience this will effect all families involved for a life time.

Absolutely terrible.

If the driver of the car that hit them was drunk he needs to be put under the jail. No questions asked.

From the official statement above, the driver was a she with other female passengers and it stated alcohol was involved, so unless her parents are rich, she will be serving quite a bit of time for vehicular homicide x3.
