Actually, Sharp and the rest are considering legal action. Just to bring it all to light. I hope they do sue him because it hasn’t been done before.

There are a lot of accusations that the deal was in place and he was working recruits and even current players on behalf of TX. I'm skeptical that that's true but if it can be proven the sanctions should be brutal. Like salt sown into the ashes brutal.

It is 100% true. Nolan Cain in particular could be in trouble.

Ok. It’s time to just move on. This is just sad now.

Imagine being a coach and realizing that if you go to A&M, you may get sued if you ever decide to leave.

This right here.

But if the Aggies are hellbent on removing all sympathy garnered by getting dick-slapped by big brother, have at it.

Nolan Cain

figured he'd inevitably join Mainieri at USC or push his name for the A&M job. Looks like he's hitched his wagon to the wrong guy

Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe Aggie.

They are really tore up.... Godbless them.

Less than 9 outs from a NC which is blown in game 2. Lose game 3 after coming back from a huge hole.

Then lose your HC to a school that has you so butt hurt you have to mention them in your fight song.

We need to send Soup or Gumbo to our A$M bretheren until they feel better and recover. Good bless their hearts. This is a tough spot.

You know Texas is connected with just a few lawyers and politicians too…

I bet Texas did a pretty thorough legal review before taking action with Schlossnagel…

It doesn’t help y’all recruit new coaches if you are going to do a lot of posturing about suing those who manage to leave College Station for a better offer…

As if the NCAA hasn't already lost all credibility

I don’t think the NCAA has any teeth on its own. That’s why these things have gotten so lawless in college sports.

This would have to be a lawsuit in order for any breach of contract to be enforced.

Texas owns the legal system in the state. It would be simply to make the PoS uncomfortable at his new job. This will be brought up the rest of his career.

The NCAA will do nothing, because they cannot. The NCAA won’t even exist in a few years. The PoS screwed us good. I hope he chokes on it … like he did the championship.

The man is a loser, but a decent baseball coach.
