Do Texas fans believe a new CSW coach announcement? Vitello?

Seeing big time rumors about Vitello having signed a deal with Horns.
Understanding a little about Vitello and at least how he acts at times, I would not be shocked if he left. TN fans say that he is a TN guy all the way. There is ZERO chance Schloss leaves for that school as ZERO upside. I imagine TN feels exactly the same as Texas is a huge rebuild project with their run down stadium and facilities compared to top SEC programs.
But seems Vitello is driven by his ego making him an absolutely perfect fit at u.t. austin.
Gonna be an epic melt for one of u.t. schools, this we know. And I am sure Texas will say that Vitello or Schloss were not top picks...

I don't think Vitello is going anywhere. He fits Tennessee and will likely remain.
Slightly less convinced about Schloss. Don't think he is going anywhere but of the 2 he would be the one I would be more concerned about.

This has the timing to backfire if it is one of the guys coaching tonight, but I doubt Vitello or Schloss are leaving.
Miles to Michigan got blown up by early reporting and I would imagine a coach about to play for a title would be pissed about a distraction the day of game 3.

Vitello has supposedly signed an extension and raise with Tennessee already that’s set to be announced this week. Vitello would not sign a deal with Texas and still on the CWS, he’s not like that.

Pierce was fired this morning.
Per Chicken in the other thread, Texas has offered Schloss 10 years $35 million.. If we actually made that offer, the deal is done imo..
