Ohio state:Alabama
Michigan: Georgia
(Most recent championship)
Nebraska:Tenn
(Used to be good then sucked forever might be good again someday)
Mizzou:Illinois
(They touch each other)
Indiana:Kentucky
(Basketball schools)
Wisconsin:arky
(Bert bellyeema)
Northwestern:vandy
(Smart people)
Florida: Penn St
(Past success, underachieving head coaches)
MSU:MSU
(Obvious reasons)
Oregon:Oklahoma
(OU:OU newcomers)
Southern cal:Texas
(Heisman RBs/championship game/newcomers)
Who is the LSU of the north? …the auburn of the north? Idk. For two conferences that are compared so often it’s kind of hard to make comparisons but maybe kind of fun.

the auburn of the north?
Michigan State
Both regarded as high-level programs but not elite blue-bloods
Both share a state with their conference/region’s most historically successful program
Both have basketball head coaches who look like Grumpy Old Men rejects

SEC ——>Big Ten Analogs
Here is the simpler version
SEC = God fearing people
B1G = Rapists, Pedos, and all sorts of sinners
If Baylor joined the B1G, they would fit right in with their rapists ways

We don’t have rivals.
And everyone has known for years we don’t do analogs.

Pretty good comparisons.
Cut and paste this cleaned up list with one conference first, and spaces.

This is flawed logic. Why not do SEC ——> Big 12 Analogs?
The conferences are not equal. Teams from different conferences don’t compare.

I’m not totally positive but I think that means they touch each other.

You should really look at a map from time to time.

There is no LSU of the north. B1G doesn’t have a third team in the National Championship tier.

Purdue is a better analogy to Auburn than is Mich St.

Not a bad list.
Here's a few of mine:
UCLA:Kentucky (basketball blue bloods)
Purdue:Texas A&M (Engineering)
Michigan:Alabama (football blue bloods)
USC:Texas (football blue bloods in liberal cities)
Oklahoma:Ohio State (football blue bloods)
Penn State:LSU (near blue bloods, massive campuses)
Tennessee:UW (water tailgating)

Only thing I’d change is UCLA: I think they’re more like Florida. All around good sports, and academics.
