OU Softball wins B12 Title / OU Baseball wins B12 Reg Season Title

Women: Ended their 17 game win streak. Reports of OU’s softball demise were greatly exaggerated. Oklahoma wins the last Big 12 Championship. Texas had scored 77 runs in their last 5 games before only managing 1 run tonight.
They did it with plays like this
Check out this stat the OU seniors have more titles than most teams have titles.

And not to be outdone, for the first time in program history, the Oklahoma Sooners are Big12 Conference regular season champions!
Oklahoma trailed this game 5 to 1 at one point, offense storms back to run rule the Bears 19-7, and sweep Oklahoma sixth conference series of the year.
Special team Skip has built this year. I said in many earlier season threads he gives up early season games to pace his pitchers for the long season.

we lost on purpose.. with the win, OU moves from the 4 seed to the 2 or 3 seed,. so now we won’t play again until the championship.. if we both make it..

The Big 12 has three championships this weekend, and all three will be won by Texas or Oklahoma

i have to think at least half of the Big 12 trophies awarded this season went to Texas or OU.

Congrats. You will probably dominate the SEC in softball as well.
Please use this success to encourage your money sports to be more successful as well. I think Bama/OU has the potential to be the most entertaining and impactful football rivalry in this new alliance. It's the one new game I never intend to miss. I'd appreciate it if you guys would do your part to make it as great as I hope it will be.
