We shall see. After a steep learning curve and some improved personnel moves he’s got his staff and (mostly) his players in there so I expect ‘25 will be his litmus test. I expect us to be improved this year in ‘24 but nothing spectacular. He had a very good class and another one brewing, and he has used the portal to fit some immediate needs but he still doesn’t have the right QB for his system yet.

Auburn never gave Harsin a chance. Why would you give Freeze a chance? Auburn fans were saying Drinkwitz sucks and lost to Harsin. Look what happened this past season? 11-2 and beat OSU.

That lack of consistency will eventually drive Auburn fans mad.

If there's one thing Auburn fans are used to, it's lack of consistency. SEC Shorts did a clip about the "Auburn Experience" amusement park ride that pretty much nailed it.

He’s averaged over 5 losses a year as a Power 5 head coach

A worst-case scenario, Freeze is a clone of Malzhan which lands Auburn exactly where they've historically been in this conference, middle-to-upper-level SEC. Gus was steady at 3-4 losses a season; their fans should be satisfied and happy to get that this season.

You're being kind to Gus.

In 6 of his 8 years at Auburn, Auburn had 4 or 5 losses. Combine that with one 2-loss season (his first) and one 6-loss season.

4-5 is accurate. 3-4 is being nice.

The good news is we dumped the President that kicked this failure off, the AD that hired him, and the idiot football coarch.

We've hired an excellent President, AD, and football coach. Rebuild in progress

Kirby lost like 5 games his first year right? Including an L to Vandy??

Hugh can definitely scheme with the best of em. I think he's got room to grow on the CEO/org standpoint but he's better than Heupel at least.

I didn't count bowl games and Gus is a nice guy, I'm being cordial.

Noted.

If Yellawood can look the other way why can’t we?

How’s Nick doing?

On June 26, 2017, the Saints placed Fairley on the reserve/non-football-illness list regarding a lingering heart condition, ending his 2017 season.[21]
On February 5, 2018, Fairley was released by the Saints.[22]

Most fans on here knew what went on at Auburn. Toxic culture due to driving away a HC without giving him a chance and or fired him right away without attacking him and trying to set him up to get fired with a cause. If Harsin was a huge mistake he should have been fired right away and moved on, but it dragged on for another year. Most fans on here knew what went on at Auburn. I knew Harsin was a huge mistake due to not being the right fit in the south and he lacked the experience in recruiting in the south. That is why I was happy Missouri went into a different direction when Harsin wanted 5 million a year. I am puzzled as to why Auburn decided to hire Harsin after Mizzou went with Drinkwitz.

Yeah, we do. You do not.

The motherfricker REFUSED to recruit. Sat at his son's football games on Fridays instead of meeting Alabama coaches. It's been well-documented.

Nope. It goes like this:

Kirby, Heupel, Sark and Kiffin with Freeze eli dorky as a potential contender.

BK will not survive for more than three years. He's pulling a Jimbo on LSU and riding off into the sunset nonchalantly but their fans are too delusional to see it.

With all the resources and advantages he has at Auburn he should win big. We will find out soon enough.

I agree. Let's look at their body of work.

Kelly is 0-3 vs Kirby Smart.

That's how the list will look after this upcoming season. I'm looking forward to going to Athens this year as well.

UGA fans act so tough online but in person are just like little barking Chihuahuas. They were so nice to me last time i went though besides the odd barking here and there how could i pass it up?
