Kenny Payne had offers from two NBA teams (Dallas being one) and Kentucky offered him as well
I am told Arkansas said they would match and add to whatever offer he received. Pretty good bargaining position for Kenny.
He is now a Razorback

He took the Louisville program and wiped his arse with it
Not sure why he’s a commodity

We pretty much all expected him to go either to Arkansas or the NBA. No surprises here.

Yeah even Jerry got involved now for hoops.

This.
He’ll be fine as an assistant. Great working with big men.

Maybe Kenny Payne will be able to talk senile Cal into playing his best players instead of his Clutch Sport plants. Reed Sheppard and Rob Dillingham lottery picks but Cal thinks DJ Wagner and Justin Edward deserved all of the playing time this year at Kentucky.

Well Payne didn’t announce retirement. Obvious guesses

He is never welcome back at Louisville. What a fraud and the laziest human being I have ever seen

The goal was always to make Cal want to leave and save the buyout.
Thanks for that.
